Information we collect

  • Account info: your name, email, password (stored hashed), and company details.
  • Content you provide: job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate materials you upload, including resumes (which may contain personal data about third parties).
  • Usage data: basic logs and analytics about how the Service is used.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, generate AI drafts and analyses, process payments, communicate with you, maintain security, and comply with law.

AI processing

To generate job posts and analyze resumes, we send the relevant content to our AI provider, Anthropic, via its API. Anthropic processes this data to return results and, per its API terms, does not use it to train its models. We do not sell your data.

Service providers we share with

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting.
  • Anthropic — AI processing of job and resume content.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • [Email provider] — transactional and account emails.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.

Candidate data

When you upload a candidate's resume, you act as the controller of that personal data and confirm you have a lawful basis to process it. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You can delete candidate records from your account.

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and restricted credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We may use limited analytics to understand usage.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
