No. SiftQ researches and drafts — job posts, pay benchmarks, screening questions, and resume fit reads. Every decision stays with you. Fit signals like “Great match” or “Some flags” are advisory starting points for your review, never auto-rejections.

Green (Great match) — strong alignment worth fast-tracking. Yellow (Good, but questions) — promising, with gaps worth exploring in an interview. Red (Some flags) — a weaker match for this specific role that deserves a closer look, not a rejection.

Direct posting to Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn — with every applicant flowing into one inbox — is in active development. Board partnerships require certification with each network; we're building toward it now, and current subscribers get it as soon as it ships.

Your data is isolated per organization with row-level security. AI processing runs through Anthropic's API, which does not train models on your data. We may use feedback and aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve SiftQ. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
